Staff are not available at reception as well as bell service, either sitting somewhere in the hotel or outside smoking, amenities in the room missing, towels are dirty etc ..

Disappointing
The building/hotel from outside looks great and has private/shaded underground parking, which is very convenient. The staff at the reception were very kind.
I was quite disappointed, my expectation was very high when I was booking the hotel only by looking at the pictures. The external look/pictures of the hotel posted on Booking.com are quite misleading, the should do a lot improvement inside the rooms as well. For the same price you can enjoy much better options in the city. The bathroom was very poor (no hairdryer, no cups or even a place to put your dental kits) and requires some repair works (the toilet lid/cover and soap holder were poorly fixed and they were barely hanging). I have raised these issues the next day morning but nothing was changed and/or fixed upon my return nor the next days. The windows are not sound proof and I could hear every single sound/noise from outside. And in my case it was even worse since the room was facing quite active street.

Very Good
The rooms were spacious and were well made. The staff were friendly and helpful.
I felt the room service could have been a bit more proactive. They were always ready to help when asked, but things like refilling the water bottles, checking on the room cleanliness every day could have been done more proactively.
